CW is seeking an experienced and driven commercial Landscaping Project Manager to oversee daily field operations, lead crews, and ensure all landscape projects are delivered with exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency. While some administrative work is required, this is not a desk job — the majority of your time will be spent on-site, actively supporting crews and ensuring projects stay on track. Works directly alongside landscaping crews performing tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, turf maintenance, irrigation troubleshooting, hardscape support, and site clean-up to maintain high standards of workmanship. Leads by example while training, coaching, and supporting field staff throughout the day to ensure consistent performance, safe work habits, and strong teamwork. Completes essential administrative duties including timesheets, scheduling, job costing, material tracking, and daily progress reports while keeping office time minimal to remain present in the field. Conducts routine walk-throughs to identify deficiencies, verify quality, ensure contract compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, mini-excavators, and irrigation tools, ensuring safe and effective use. Monitors and restocks materials (mulch, plants, seed, fertilizer, irrigation parts), tracks inventory levels, and assists with ordering to ensure crews have what they need daily. Follows and enforces OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, equipment safety protocols, and environmental standards to maintain a safe job site. Responds promptly to urgent site needs such as storm damage, irrigation failures, safety hazards, or after-hours calls to protect client property and maintain service continuity.
