Requirements

• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work when the sun comes up.
• Comfortable lifting, bending, and performing manual labor in various Missouri weather conditions.
• Works well with others and takes pride in their work.
• Great work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Prior landscaping or mowing experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowers, edgers, and weed eaters to maintain high-end curb appeal.
• Perform general landscape labor, including debris cleanup and site detailing.
• Use and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow the crew leader’s instructions and stay on track with the daily job schedule to ensure every property is finished to "Royal" standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the shop and job sites.
