Landscaping Labourer

This position is a full-time position for an experienced Landscaping Labourer. As a Landscaping Labourer, you will join our landscape construction team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience in hardscape and landscape installations, we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of landscape construction experience
- Experience with interlock, natural stone, and retaining wall installation
- Experience with site grading, raking soil and placing sod
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with a team to redevelop outdoor spaces
- Build retaining walls, garden beds, and outdoor living spaces
- Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Install sod, plants, trees, and mulch
- Operate landscape construction equipment and power tools
- Read and follow landscape plans and specifications
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite
