About The Position

Work among Friends + Nature. Working as part of the Mayfair Lakes Grounds Maintenance Team, the Grounds Crew Labourer will be involved in mowing greens, rough, fairways, line trimming, and hand watering. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic group of individuals who strongly value working together as group to achieve excellence. No specific qualifications are required, we are seeking an individual who wants to learn and grow within our operation. We are willing to train the right person, and this position could be an excellent starting point for a rewarding career in grounds maintenance. Requirements

Able to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

Ensures the esthetic appearance of the Golf Course property
Maintain all grounds within the Golf Course property
Maintain course in proper playing condition
Maintain open spaces, wooded areas, unused acreage and areas outside the perimeter fence
Adheres to the safety policies in place for team members, members and guests of the club
Become knowledgeable and able to answer basic questions about the property and company
