About The Position

If you enjoy working outside and staying active, this job is for you. We’re looking for reliable people to join our landscaping laborer team. You don’t need any experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch. Just bring a good attitude and be ready to learn. Requirements

No landscaping experience required — we provide full training.
Must be willing to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.
Valid Real ID
Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
Blowing off walkways, clearing any debris, and making sure everything looks polished.
Reloading tools, cleaning up the work area, and communicating any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.
Helping to unload, clean up, and prep for the next day upon returning to the office.
