About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of outdoor tasks to maintain and enhance landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience with landscaping equipment, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for year-round work, including snow removal during the off-season.

Requirements

2+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Authorization to work in the US; valid work Visa or Permanent Residency Card.
Valid PA Driver’s License and reputable driving record (mandatory and will be verified).
Must be capable of operating commercial lawn equipment proficiently, including mowers, weed whackers, edgers, and blowers.
Good verbal and written communication skills; must speak English.
Must be able to operate a company vehicle daily.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn services including mowing and trimming.
Conduct lawn care activities such as mulching, aerating, weeding, and edging.
Perform property cleanup, including debris and litter removal.
Conduct seasonal pruning of bushes, shrubs, and small trees using shears, pruners, or a chainsaw.
Perform weed control by spraying curb-lines and sidewalks.
Shovel snow from walkways and lots, and spread ice melt.
Install topsoil and seed.
Perform bed cleanup, edging, mulch installation, and planting maintenance.
Conduct spring and fall cleanup, including branch, debris, and leaf removal.
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or bush trimmers, and axes.
Operate power equipment including mowers, chainsaws, electric trimmers, backpack blowers, and snow blowers.
Drive fleet vehicles, including trucks, to and from work sites.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards.
Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of all company equipment and property.
Maintain crew trucks and equipment inventory.
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
Be available for all scopes or types of work that the company engages in.
