About The Position
This is a seasonal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and staying active. The company is looking for reliable people to join their landscaping laborer team. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided on tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and spreading mulch. The role requires a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- No landscaping experience required — full training is provided
- Willingness to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup
- Valid Real ID
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access

Responsibilities
- Mowing large lawn areas
- Edging sidewalks and driveways
- Trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots
- Weeding flower beds
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Laying mulch
- Planting seasonal flowers
- Blowing off walkways
- Clearing any debris
- Reloading tools
- Cleaning up the work area
- Communicating site notes or equipment issues to the crew leader
- Helping to unload, clean up, and prep for the next day upon returning to the office
