About The Position
From The Ground Up is hiring Lawn Care Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties across the greater Owatonna area. This is a hands-on outdoor job where you will be working with softscapes to keep properties clean and professional. No experience? We will train. Have experience? You will move up faster.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to work outdoors 8–12 hours per day
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lawn care or outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic landscaping tasks (mulching, trimming, bed maintenance)
- Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
