About The Position

A landscaping company serving the Baldwin County area is seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaping Crew Member. The role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties through lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscaping and property maintenance. The successful candidate will safely operate a zero-turn lawnmower and other basic landscaping equipment, care for tools and equipment, follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions, and work efficiently with crew members to complete daily assignments. This is an outdoor, physically demanding position requiring hands-on lawn maintenance experience, reliable transportation to the designated work location, and the ability to work in Alabama's outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a zero-turn lawnmower is required.
• Experience using weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in Alabama's outdoor weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Reliable transportation to the designated work location.

Responsibilities
