About The Position

Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscaper to join their team Full-Time for the summer season. This role is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds and landscaped areas of the property to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for guests, owners, and team members.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
• Maintain garden beds, trees, shrubs, and flower arrangements
• Water and fertilize plants as required
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectively
• Assist with seasonal planting, mulching, and general grounds preparation
• Remove debris, litter, and ensure all outdoor areas are clean and presentable
• Support minor maintenance tasks related to outdoor areas (e.g., pathways, signage, outdoor furniture)
• Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Assist with general maintenance tasks when required
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies
