About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing landscapers to provide exterior maintenance services for occupied rental properties. We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle making the repairs and providing a great experience for the resident.
Requirements
- Able to provide truck and tools
- Pass Background Check
- Valid Drivers License & Auto Insurance
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years landscaping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Sod Installation
- Tree & Shrub Trimming / Replacement
- Tree Removal
- Provide exterior maintenance services for occupied rental properties
- Complete work orders using the company's app
