About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is interviewing landscapers to provide exterior maintenance services for occupied rental properties. We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle making the repairs and providing a great experience for the resident. We have openings for well-rounded individuals with the tools/skills to complete any of the following: Sod Installation, Tree & Shrub Trimming / Replacement, Tree Removal.
Requirements
- Able to provide truck and tools.
- Pass Background Check.
- Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years landscaping experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exterior maintenance services for occupied rental properties.
- Complete Sod Installation.
- Perform Tree & Shrub Trimming / Replacement.
- Conduct Tree Removal.
