About The Position

The Landscaping Associate is responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces across our venues to ensure they remain beautiful, safe, and event-ready every day. This position also assists with light facility maintenance, venue setup, and other operational needs as assigned. Success in this role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting exceptional guest experiences through well-maintained properties.

Requirements

  • Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
  • Experience with irrigation systems and basic troubleshooting.
  • General maintenance or facilities experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas through watering, planting, pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, leaf removal, and general groundskeeping.
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely, including blowers, trimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, and other tools.
  • Monitor plant health and report irrigation or landscaping issues to leadership.
  • Assist with irrigation system inspections and basic repairs.
  • Maintain walkways, patios, fences, hardscapes, and other exterior features.
  • Perform light building maintenance and minor repairs as assigned.
  • Assist with floral and greenery installations for weddings and special events when needed.
  • Support venue setup and operational teams before and after events as needed.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support venue operations.
