We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to maintain the grounds and exterior appearance across our dealership locations. Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, grounds-keeping, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (travel between locations required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds across multiple dealership locations through mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and weeding
- Apply fertilizers, mulch, and soil treatments to promote healthy plant growth
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
- Perform seasonal tasks such as planting, leaf removal, and snow/ice management as needed
- Monitor grounds for safety hazards, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly
- Keep outdoor areas — including parking lots, walkways, and building perimeters — clean, safe, and visually presentable
- Coordinate with facilities and management to prioritize tasks across multiple locations
