Requirements
- One year of landscape maintenance, garden construction, and hardscape installation experience.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
- Positive, upbeat attitude.
- Dependable and eager to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of power and hand-tools to complete work on job sites.
- Perform spring and fall clean-ups.
- Complete garden installations.
- Conduct landscape maintenance.
- Perform pruning.
- Install hardscapes.
- Ensure a safe and orderly job site that reflects the professionalism of the company.
- Follow the guidelines of the crew leader for each job.
- Be knowledgeable and courteous in all interactions.
- Help to beautify and improve the community.
