About The Position

Plaisted Companies in Elk River is looking for a Landscape Yard Associate to join their team. The Landscape Yard Associate will perform a variety of tasks essential to maintaining the store's warehouse and yard efficiently and in clean order while assisting customers as needed.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License
• Customer service skills
• Skid Loader, Front End loader, and Forklift experience required

Responsibilities

• Performs operator maintenance on all store equipment, referring to maintenance when repairs and servicing are required.
• Maintains the outside storage yard, maintaining a professional appearance and access to all products for customers.
• Monitors inventory levels of products in all store storage areas, keeping them organized and secure. Reporting assigned stocking levels.
• Greets customers promptly and professionally, ensuring selected product quantities and/or colors, etc., match the order receipt.
• Assists customers by loading purchased materials and goods.
• Unloading received shipments of the product as needed, processing the paperwork per current procedures.
• Assist in maintaining storage yards and warehouse areas in a safe working manner.
• Other duties as assigned
