About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Technician to help maintain store grounds year-round. The role involves grounds maintenance and landscaping around parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas, including mowing, trimming, and pruning. The technician works with fellow associates to maintain clean, well-kept exterior spaces and follows safety, security, integrity, corporate policy, and regulatory requirements. The position requires at least one year of landscape maintenance or groundskeeping experience, heavy equipment experience, a DOT physical, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Mow, trim, and prune to maintain the exterior environment.
• Work with fellow associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
