About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Technician to help maintain store grounds year-round. The role involves landscaping and exterior maintenance in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas. The technician works with other associates to keep the grounds clean and well maintained, including mowing, trimming, and pruning. The role requires following safety, security, integrity, corporate policy, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• DOT physical required.
• Heavy equipment experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Work with fellow associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Mow, trim, and prune to maintain the exterior environment.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and applicable local, federal, and state regulations.
