Landscape Technician
About The Position
Walmart is hiring a Landscape Technician to help maintain store grounds throughout the year. The role includes landscape and exterior maintenance work in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas, with a focus on keeping the environment clean and well maintained. The technician works alongside other associates and follows applicable safety, security, integrity, corporate, and regulatory requirements. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- DOT physical required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Work alongside fellow associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Mow, trim, and prune to maintain the exterior environment.
- Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and applicable local, federal, and state requirements.
