About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Technician to help maintain store grounds year-round. The role involves working with other associates on landscaping and exterior maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and pruning. The technician maintains parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards and follows safety, security, integrity, corporate, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Heavy equipment experience.
• DOT physical required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, around exterior buildings, and in surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Work with fellow associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Mow, trim, and prune landscape areas.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols and comply with corporate policies and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
