About The Position

High Associates is searching for Landscape Technicians to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds. This is a Full-Time (year-round) position from Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm. Must be available to work this schedule (days and hours).

Requirements

• Valid PA driver's license is required!
• High School Diploma or GED, required
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Nice To Haves

• Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.
