About The Position

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is seeking a Landscape Technician to join their team. This role involves ensuring the grounds and common areas are attractive, clean, and well-maintained, as well as cleaning windows and buildings. The ideal candidate will have a high-energy, dedicated attitude and a commitment to enriching residents' lives through excellent groundskeeping.

Requirements

Commercial mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Fertilization and weed control
Seasonal color installation and maintenance
Landscape installation and renovation
Tree pruning and tree removal
Bare land mowing
Experience and knowledge of grounds maintenance, including weed pulling and spraying; pruning trees and other foliage; assisting with planting of trees, flowers, and other plants; maintaining sprinkler systems; and reseeding/repairing lawn where needed
Able to read, write, and speak English
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Able to pass a drug test
