About The Position
As a Landscape Team Member, you will contribute to successfully completing various landscaping projects, working alongside a skilled team. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and a desire to be part of creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping or related fields.
- Working knowledge of common plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Experience with mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed.
- Strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform moderately strenuous tasks.
Nice To Haves
- A valid driver's license may be a plus if a driver is needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials.
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.
- Install sod and other groundcovers.
- Spread mulch, rock, and gravel.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
