Lucia Landscaping is growing and hiring Landscape Crew Members, Team Leads, and Experienced Landscape Professionals for multiple divisions, including: Residential Lawn Maintenance, Commercial Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Enhancements, and Design/Build Installation. Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Driver’s License (Required)
- Ability to commute to Roseville, MI 48066 (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in lawn/landscape services preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Chauffeurs License required for lead roles
- Commercial Lawn Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Professional Landscape Enhancement/Design Build: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn and landscape maintenance services as part of a team
- Assist or lead crews in delivering efficient, quality service
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment including: Walk-Behind, Stand-On, & Zero Turn Mowers, String trimmers / weed whips, Stick edgers, Backpack blowers
- Support landscape enhancement and design/build projects as assigned
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Help ensure our clients consistently receive premier service
- Leading and developing crew members (for Team Lead opportunities)
- Managing daily route productivity and service quality (for Team Lead opportunities)
- Training team members on equipment, safety, and best practices (for Team Lead opportunities)
- Communicating with clients and supervisors as needed (for Team Lead opportunities)
