We are seeking reliable and hardworking independent contractors to join our team for commercial and residential landscaping and junk removal projects on an on-call basis. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping services and assisting with junk removal tasks as needed, ensuring that both residential and commercial properties are maintained to a high standard. This is a flexible, as-needed role perfect for individuals with experience in landscaping, yard work, or junk removal.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or junk removal.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work on time.
• Own or have access to reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working as a 1099 contractor or in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of local landscaping practices, tools, and junk removal procedures.
• Availability to take on weekend or after-hours jobs.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to lawn mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups for both residential and commercial clients.
• Assist with junk removal, including the safe removal and disposal of unwanted items, furniture, debris, and other non-hazardous materials.
• Operate landscaping equipment, such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure job sites are left clean and organized.
• Adhere to any specific client requests or instructions to meet the unique needs of each project.
• Be available for on-call assignments, with flexible hours and potential weekend work.
