Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field required
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
- At least one year of landscape or construction experience
- Able to safely operate industry tools and equipment
- Can communicate effectively
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of landscape and construction materials and methods
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead job-related tasks, including site preparation and project setup
- Operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Installation of landscaping features, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems
- Support excavation and grading activities to ensure proper site development
- Apply lawn treatments, fertilizers, and other lawn care products as directed
- Help with snow removal operations during winter months to ensure safe and accessible properties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
