Requirements

Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, tractors, trimmers, pruning saws, etc.).
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
Ability to show initiative, learn on the go, and make solid decisions.
Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, dig, and climb.
Ability to follow company policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Commercial property maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, turf care, and keeping sites looking professional year-round.
Caring for landscaped areas: maintaining flower beds, pruning shrubs, seasonal planting as needed.
Operating landscaping equipment: mowers, tractors, trimmers, pruning saws, etc.
Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment: inspections, lubrication, cleaning.
Showing initiative, learning on the go, and making solid decisions (without a coin toss).
Driving a truck and trailer safely to job sites.
Rolling up your sleeves: lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, digging, climbing — staying fit while getting paid.
Following company policies and safety practices, because our clients expect professional standards.
