Now, we’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead the charge on keeping properties looking pristine. You’ll be the go-to person for your crew, making sure the job gets done right, on time, and with a smile. If you have a knack for leadership, a love for landscaping, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in landscaping and/or construction
• A valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, daily log sheets)
• A good eye for detail and a “get it done” attitude

Nice To Haves

• A college diploma in landscaping or a related field (bonus points!)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills—your crew will look up to you!

Responsibilities

• Leading your crew and making sure everyone is working efficiently and safely
• Keeping properties in top shape—grass-cutting, painting, repairs, and more
• Identifying opportunities to enhance properties and make them look even better
• Communicating with clients and keeping them happy
• Handling equipment like tractors, skid steers, and grass-cutting gear like a pro
• Training and coaching your team to bring out their best
• Keeping detailed reports because paperwork is part of the gig too
• Rolling with the seasons—when winter hits, you’ll shift gears into snow and ice management
