Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
About The Position
Landmark Outdoor Services is currently hiring dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape & Maintenance teams to keep properties in Tulsa looking clean, safe, and well-kept year-round. Immediate start dates are available for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team environment. Crew Members assist with a variety of commercial landscape maintenance and seasonal services throughout the year, including summer mowing, spring planting, fall leaf cleanup and winter light installation. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to grow based on performance and experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
Nice To Haves
- Landscape or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Weed eating and edging
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Weeding landscape beds
- Planting flowers and seasonal color
- Leaf removal during fall season
- Landscaping and property cleanup
- Christmas light installation
