About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Crew Members to join our landscape maintenance team. The role involves the routine care and upkeep of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of presentation and health for the landscapes. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various conditions.
Requirements
- Knowledge and skill in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work a normal Monday-Friday work week
Responsibilities
- Mow grass using Z-turn commercial mowers
- Edge curbs and flower beds
- Trim grass with a weed eater
- Blow leaves and brush
- Prune trees and shrubs
- Perform general cleanup of properties
- Assist with occasional small enhancement projects
