Landscape Maintenance - Crew Member
About The Position
Peter Hughes Landscape is hiring for the 2026 season. This is a full-time seasonal role perfect for students who want to make the most of their summer break. The position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division. This work includes mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge trimming, weed spraying, plant maintenance, watering, and snow removal. Crew members will operate grass trimmers, mowers, and hedge trimmers, and will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, and following established safe operating procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience with grass trimmers and lawn mowers preferred.
- Commitment to demonstrating high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceed safety requirements
- Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
