About The Position
This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Seasonal Impact. This work includes but is not limited to, mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge trimming, weed spraying, plant maintenance, and watering. Operate grass trimmers, mowers, and hedge trimmers to complete jobs. Clean and maintain equipment. Follow established safe operating procedures during all property maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience with grass trimmers and lawnmowers preferred.
- Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceed safety requirements
- Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
