About The Position

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and work alongside a maintenance crew while ensuring properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Requirements

2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
2 years of landscape crew-lead experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment operation and care.
Strong attention to detail in landscape production.

Nice To Haves

Landscape maintenance education is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Computer skills and experience with LMN Time or similar landscape software are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assign and assist crew members with routine landscape maintenance tasks.
Delegate work and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Safely and professionally drive a truck and trailer to jobsites.
Maintain equipment used by the crew.
Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Communicate with clients onsite about current work, future needs, out-of-scope opportunities, and property expectations.
