Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven sales ability with confidence presenting proposals and closing opportunities
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • 3–5 years of landscape, horticulture, maintenance, or related industry experience preferred
  • Experience with CAD software, estimating, or landscape design is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Converting existing landscape installation clients into long-term maintenance accounts
  • Generating and managing $800K+ in annual maintenance revenue
  • Selling enhancement services including landscape lighting, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, turf care, and additional property improvements
  • Creating accurate estimates and professional proposals with a goal of presenting within 3 business days
  • Prospecting new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, community involvement, and cold outreach
  • Building strong relationships with property managers, commercial clients, HOAs, and residential customers
  • Maintaining healthy project gross margins between 52–60%
  • Collaborating closely with operations and production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish
