About The Position

Saluda Hill Landscapes is a nationally recognized Top 150 landscape company specializing in commercial landscaping services. We operate across three divisions: Production Landscaping, Landscape Construction, and Grounds Maintenance. We are looking for a motivated Landscape Lead Laborer & Driver who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the landscape industry. As a Landscape Lead Laborer & Driver, you will play an important role in supporting daily field operations while helping transport crews, operate equipment, and complete landscape projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience
• 1+ year of hardscape installation experience
• 1+ year of irrigation experience
• 1+ year of heavy equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation and maintenance services
• Safely transport crew members to and from job sites
• Operate equipment ranging from handheld tools to heavy machinery
• Follow daily schedules and work plans
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
