Landscape Laborer - Construction
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Landscape Install Laborers to work safely in the field. We are looking for bright, energetic, team players that are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and take ownership of their work. Projects will vary in size and scope based on client specifications. This role may require occasional out-of-state travel; candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed. Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
- Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) a plus
Nice To Haves
- Candidates that have experience with masonry work, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls are desired.

Responsibilities
- Show up on time daily, with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform assigned tasks.
- Load, unload and install trees and other landscape related plants, materials, and equipment.
- Site preparation and clean up.
- Install drip irrigation ¾ poly, barbs, and emitters.
- Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety training.
- Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.
