About The Position

The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company based in Sparta, NJ. We specialize in landscape installation, planting, and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. As we continue to expand, we are building a dedicated planting crew. We are hiring Landscape Installation Crew Members to support planting and landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on role working with trees, shrubs, and outdoor materials, and is a great opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow direction

Nice To Haves

• Landscaping or planting experience preferred (for at least one position)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, and landscaping materials
• Assisting with landscape installation projects
• Supporting job site setup, organization, and cleanup
• Working alongside crew leads to complete projects efficiently
