Serve as the onsite leader for various landscape installation projects. Requirements

5 years’ experience in commercial landscape industry
3 years of professional landscape installation experience
1-2 years supervisory experience and leadership skills
Have a chauffeur's license or the ability to get one

Responsibilities

Assigning tasks, providing training, and mentoring crew members.
Overseeing the work to ensure it meets standards and meets customer expectations.
Making sure the crew has the tools and materials they need, and keeping track of materials and time.
Keeping the job site clean and the equipment trailer organized.
Using standard landscaping construction equipment and operate company trucks/trailers safely.
Keeping management updated on the project and providing feedback on employee performance.
Complete any necessary documentation.
