About The Position

DEO Enterprises, Inc. is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman. This is a full-time position with a well-established landscape company. The ideal candidate will lead a crew, ensure safety, and maintain high-quality work standards.

Requirements

• Clean/Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Work authorization (Required).
• A minimum of 2 years experience.
• Must know how to drive a truck/trailer.
• Working knowledge of mowing, weeding, edging, and trimming.
• A great attitude.
• Clean and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Lawn Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Arrive early before crew members and begin getting organized to lead your crew.
• Make sure that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to.
• Ensure all work is completed and the job site is left in better condition before leaving.
• Note any tools or equipment that may have been damaged.
• Clean and prepare the truck for the next day.
• Lead by example.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Communicate well with all crew members and supervisors.
