About The Position
RDW Texas, a premier full-service landscape architecture company with 45 years of experience in the Houston area, specializes in high-end residential projects. The company focuses on transforming outdoor spaces from concept to installation, priding itself on craftsmanship, reputation, and a dedicated team. They are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver and Landscape Team Member to join their crew. The primary requirement is a valid, clean driver's license for driving and maneuvering a truck with a trailer. Prior landscaping experience is not necessary, but a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Extremely reliable and punctual, always showing up on time and ready to work.

- Willingness to work wherever necessary and take on a variety of tasks.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in the Houston climate.

Responsibilities
- Assist landscape and construction crews with daily operations on high-end residential job sites.
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks necessary to build and maintain premium landscapes.
- Support the team in preparing sites, planting, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Adapt to daily changes in tasks and work locations as project demands require.
- Drive and maneuver a truck pulling a 16ft tandem axle trailer.
