Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Experience designing high-end residential landscapes
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software preferred
Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills
Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Passion for landscape design and outdoor living
Portfolio of previous work strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to design custom, high-end residential landscape projects tailored to their vision and lifestyle.
Create compelling proposals, presentations, and estimates that build excitement and confidence.
Develop detailed, buildable plans using AutoCAD and 3D design software.
Collaborate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Guide projects from concept through completion while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Review project budgets, costs, and profitability to support overall success.
Generate and cultivate leads during the off-season to prepare for upcoming projects.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that keep Suncrest Gardens at the forefront of the industry.
Participate in ongoing sales meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
