About The Position
Alderwood Landscaping, a premier design-build landscape architecture firm in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a top-performing Design/Sales Specialist to join their Bellevue team. For over 30 years, Alderwood has been transforming homeowners' properties into stunning, resort-style outdoor living environments. This role is for a high-level sales professional who thrives in a landscape design-oriented, client-focused environment and is passionate about high-end Backyard Resort Living® with a proven ability to close large projects.
Requirements
- Proven success in landscape design & construction sales.
- Proven track record of closing $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Client-first attitude and polished communication.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Having a Landscape Architecture license is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads.
- Sell Alderwood's signature Backyard Resort Living® projects ranging from $75K–$500K+.
- Guide clients from initial consultation through final contract.
- Use CRM to manage pipeline, appointments, and communications.
- Collaborate with in-house designers and project managers.
- Deliver a seamless, luxury sales experience.
