About The Position
Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join their commercial landscape maintenance team. This role involves working on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties, performing high-quality maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning. The position also includes assisting with loading/unloading equipment and materials, maintaining tools, following directions from Crew Leaders, ensuring job sites are clean and safe, and occasionally supporting commercial construction or enhancement projects. The company emphasizes taking pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience
- Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license is a plus
