About The Position

As a Landscape Crew Member (Landscaper / Groundskeeper), you will play a key role in maintaining beautiful commercial grounds across the Charlotte area. Perform daily grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, edging, and weedeating. Complete seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs. Work collaboratively with your crew to ensure high-quality service and clean job sites. Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained properly.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on groundskeeping or lawn care experience.
• Valid NC or SC driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on safety.
