As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping services, including mowing, planting, trimming, sod laying, fertilizing, and general groundskeeping tasks using both hand and power tools. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Basic English communication skills required (both spoken and understood)
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and always follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but not required
