About The Position

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will help transform and maintain beautiful green spaces for our clients! Working as a key Landscaper on our field team, your day-to-day duties will include: Operating outdoor power equipment such as zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers. Performing lawn care services including weedeating, grass cutting, edging, mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs. Assisting the Groundskeeper team with routine grounds maintenance and special outdoor projects. Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
Proven experience operating zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and effectively.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great team-first attitude.
