Requirements

3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
At least 1 year of crew leader experience.
Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Mowing, blowing, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup of residential properties with 1-2 crew members.
Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.
Track hours and materials for weekly maintenance route in Aspire.
Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor.
