As a Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading field operations while working in a supportive and professional environment. Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional landscaping experience
- Valid NC or SC driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style
- Positive attitude and desire for career advancement
Responsibilities
- Assigning daily tasks and guiding crew productivity
- Performing and supervising mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance
- Training team members on equipment safety and landscaping best practices
- Inspecting completed work to ensure properties meet company standards
- Promoting safe operation of all equipment and company vehicles
