About The Position
Ready to lead, not just show up? We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Leader who can own job sites, guide a team, and deliver top-tier results. This role is built for someone who’s already done the work — and is ready to lead others doing it. The landscape crew leader is responsible for overseeing landscape crews while assisting in the constructing, installing and maintaining both commercial and residential outdoor landscapes.
Requirements
- State of Michigan Chauffeur's license required
- Ability to work in outdoor environment
- Attention to detail and detail oriented
- Delivers quality work and services
- Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time
- Detail oriented
- Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate and upkeep minimal maintenance on all equipment
Responsibilities
- Operate truck & trailer
- Read landscape design/blueprint and measure
- Lead others and delegate landscape tasks
- Speaks with clients
- Oversee basic landscape project from start to finish
- Upholds to all safety standards, at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
