About The Position
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will direct and work alongside your team to keep commercial properties pristine. In this working supervisor role, your daily Landscaping Supervisor duties include: Directing crew members to execute hands-on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager. Performing grounds maintenance, including mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation, and spraying. Serving as an active Grounds Crew Foreman by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively outdoors.
- Strong leadership ability, a great work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
